Bottle Filling Machine for Mushroom Cultivation

Prepared mushroom cultivation substrate is supplied to the machine’s feeding section. The substrate should be mixed evenly before filling to maintain consistent material distribution.

Typical substrate components may include sawdust, agricultural residues and nutritional additives, depending on the mushroom cultivation formula.

The machine is equipped with an upper and lower mixing system.

The upper section uses a vibrating mixing action, while the lower section uses a material-dispersion and feeding action. This two-stage mixing arrangement helps keep the substrate moving evenly and reduces material accumulation during operation.

The filling tightness at the bottom, middle and bottle-mouth sections can be adjusted according to the cultivation requirements.
