MUSHROOM WASTE RECYCLING

Mushroom Bag Remover

Mushroom bag de-bagging machines separate spent mushroom substrate from plastic cultivation bags after the growing cycle or when contaminated bags need to be removed. Models from compact farm-scale machines to large de-bagging lines are available for different processing capacities.

BRMXH8000A-Bag-Stripping-Machine

Efficient De-Bagging for Spent Mushroom Bags

Mushroom bag de-bagging machines are designed to process used, discarded, or contaminated cultivation bags through a simple working process:

Feeding → Crushing → Substrate Separation → Bag Collection

The equipment separates the mushroom substrate from plastic bags, allowing the substrate to be collected for further processing while the waste bags are handled separately.

The separated substrate can potentially be used for organic fertilizer and other waste-recycling applications, depending on the customer’s recycling process.

These machines are suitable for mushroom farms producing different volumes of spent cultivation bags.

EQUIPMENT RANGE

What Types of Mushroom Bag Removers Are Available?

Different raw materials require different crushing structures, capacity ranges, and particle-size control. The equipment range includes three main configurations.

Mushroom Bag De-Bagging Machines for Different Capacities

The product range includes compact machines for smaller farms and high-capacity equipment for commercial mushroom production.

Model Processing Capacity Power Dimensions
BRMXH4000B Small De-Bagging Machine 4,000 bags/h 3 kW 1.7 × 0.62 × 0.85 m
BRMXH3000A Self-Spraying De-Bagging Machine 2,000–3,000 bags/h 3 kW 1200 × 800 × 1200 mm
BRMXH8000A De-Bagging Machine 6,000–8,000 bags/h 7 kW —
BRLXH10000A Large De-Bagging Machine 8,000–10,000 bags/h 11.5 kW 8 × 1.4 × 1.8 m
BRLXH15CA Large De-Bagging Line 10–15 m³/h 16 kW 15 × 2 × 3.1 m

The BRMXH4000B is suitable for smaller-scale spent mushroom bag recycling, while the larger models provide higher processing capacity for commercial and industrial mushroom farms.

Integrate De-Bagging Equipment into Mushroom Waste Recycling

De-bagging machines can be connected with other equipment to create a continuous spent substrate recycling workflow.

A typical process can include:

Spent Mushroom Bags → De-Bagging → Crushing → Screening/Separation → Substrate Collection → Further Recycling

The equipment can be integrated with:

  • Conveyors
  • Crushing equipment
  • Screening and separation systems
  • Organic fertilizer processing equipment
  • Waste collection systems

When selecting equipment, consider the number of spent bags generated, required processing capacity, available installation space, and production-line layout.

Machine dimensions, feeding configuration, conveyor connections, and line layout can be considered for customization according to the mushroom farm’s waste-treatment requirements.
