Both models use a direct-drive high-efficiency centrifugal fan featuring low noise, long service life, maintenance-free operation and stepless speed adjustment. Working Principle
The air shower room creates a controlled transition zone between general working areas and cleaner mushroom cultivation areas.
Personnel Entry
The operator enters the air shower room before entering the clean production area. The single-person model is suitable for individual access, while the two-person model provides a wider shower area for two operators.
Door/Control Activation
After entering, the operator activates the air shower cycle through the touch-type control panel. The shower duration can be adjusted from 0 to 99 seconds according to the operating requirements.
High-Velocity Air Shower
The centrifugal fan drives air through the air-cleaning system and distributes it through the double-sided nozzles. The nozzle air velocity is 20–28 m/s, creating strong directional airflow around the operator.
Surface Particle Removal
The high-speed airflow helps dislodge loose dust, fibers and other particles from clothing and exposed surfaces, reducing the amount of external contamination carried into cleaner production areas.
Clean-Area Entry
