Principe de fonctionnement
The BCXH60A uses a continuously moving belt to transport mushroom cultivation bags or baskets from one working area to another.
Loading
Mushroom bags or baskets are placed onto the conveyor belt at the feeding end. Depending on the production process, workers or upstream equipment can perform the loading operation.
Motor Drive
Le diamètre de travail de 2 m du retourneur de compost à portique peut être personnalisé 0.75 kW motor supplies power to the belt conveyor’s drive system.
Continuous Belt Movement
The drive system moves the conveyor belt at approximately 0,4 m/s, creating a continuous conveying surface.
Mushroom Bag or Basket Transport
Mushroom bags, baskets, or other compatible cultivation containers move along the belt toward the designated working area.
The conveyor can transport individual mushroom bags or multiple bags placed inside a cultivation basket, depending on the customer’s production method.
Discharge
At the end of the conveyor, operators or downstream equipment can remove the bags or baskets for the next production process.
The conveyor can also be incorporated into production lines where the transport path needs to accommodate a difference in working height.
Suitable Materials & Mushroom Applications
Suitable Items
It can be used to transport:
- Sacs de culture de champignons
- Colonized mushroom bags
- Inoculated mushroom bags
- Fruiting mushroom bags
- Mushroom cultivation baskets
- Bags placed inside cultivation baskets
- Other compatible mushroom cultivation containers
Suitable Mushroom Species
The conveyor can be incorporated into production systems for various bag-grown mushrooms, including:
- Pleurote
- Champignon Shiitake
- Champignon oreille de bois
- Black Fungus
- Pleurote du panicaut
- Lion’s Mane Mushroom
- Other mushrooms cultivated using compatible bag-based methods
Capacité / Échelle de production et niveau d'automatisation
The BCXH60A operates at a conveying speed of approximately 0,4 m/s, allowing continuous movement of mushroom bags and baskets between different production areas.
Rather than specifying capacity only by kilograms per hour, belt-conveyor performance is often determined by:
- Conveyor speed
- Taille du sac
- Basket size
- Spacing between bags
- Loading and unloading method
- Production-line configuration
For this reason, the actual number of bags or baskets transported per hour should be determined according to the customer’s cultivation process.
Small and Medium Mushroom Farms
The conveyor can be used to move cultivation bags between:
Bagging → Sterilization → Cooling → Inoculation → Incubation
Fermes de champignons commerciales
Multiple conveyor sections can be connected to create longer or more complex material-handling routes.
Niveau d'automatisation
The BCXH60A can be used in:
- Manual production systems
- Semi-automatic mushroom farms
- Automated mushroom production lines
It can serve as a material-transfer link between different workstations and reduce the need for repeated manual carrying.
Integration with Mushroom Production Lines
Équipements en amont
Équipements en amont
Depending on the production line, the belt conveyor can receive bags or baskets from:
- Machine d'ensachage de champignons
- Automatic Bagging & Sealing Machine
- Bag loading equipment
- Basket loading equipment
- Sterilization loading area
A typical process could be:
Mushroom Bagging Machine → Belt Conveyor → Sterilization Area
Équipements en aval
The conveyor can transport mushroom bags toward:
- Sterilizer / Autoclave
- Cooling area
- Inoculation Machine
- Incubation Room
- Supports d'incubation
- Fruiting Room
- Harvesting and sorting areas
Par exemple :
Inoculation → BCXH60A Belt Conveyor → Incubation Room
or:
Incubation → BCXH60A Belt Conveyor → Fruiting Room
