Ultrasonic Mushroom Humidifiers

Ultrasonic humidifiers help maintain suitable humidity conditions during mushroom cultivation and fruiting. The system produces fine mist with a particle diameter of approximately 1–10 μm and can achieve relative humidity levels of up to 99% under suitable conditions.

The product range includes integrated and split-type humidifiers, covering humidification capacities from 3 L/h to 21 L/h.

Different raw materials require different crushing structures, capacity ranges, and particle-size control. The equipment range includes three main configurations.

Integrated Models

Рабочий диаметр 2 м портального ворошителя компоста UHXH9A и UHXH12A provide 9 L/h and 12 L/h humidification capacity. Both use a compact 700 × 320 × 560 mm cabinet.

The integrated models feature replaceable atomizing chips, automatic water replenishment, and optional water softening to help reduce mineral deposits.

Split-Type Models

Рабочий диаметр 2 м портального ворошителя компоста UHXH3B to UHXH21B series covers 3–21 L/h, with power ratings from 300 W to 2100 W.

The separate water tank and control cabinet allow the control box to be installed in a control room or dry corridor.

The split-type series supports:

• Manual control
• Timer-based automatic control
• Humidity-based automatic control
• 1–100% RH humidity setting
• ±5% RH control accuracy

Choose the humidifier according to the cultivation room size, ventilation rate, target humidity, installation space, and production scale.

For smaller installations, a suitable integrated unit can provide a compact humidification solution. Larger cultivation facilities can use multiple units for distributed or centralized humidity control.
