Mushroom Substrate Turning Machines are designed for the mixing and turning stage of mushroom substrate preparation. They continuously turn and redistribute sawdust, wood chips, agricultural residues, and other cultivation materials to improve mixing uniformity before bag filling or subsequent processing.
The equipment can be used for substrate preparation for oyster mushrooms, shiitake, wood ear mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, and other bag-cultivated edible fungi, depending on the cultivation formula and raw materials.

TUXH5000A Self-Propelled Substrate Turner
The compact TUXH5000A uses a 3 kW motor with 220V/380V input and provides a working efficiency of more than 5,000 kg/h.
It can be operated by one person and features:

- Self-propelled operation
- Flexible movement during substrate preparation
TUXH8000A Self-Propelled Diesel Turner
The TUXH8000A uses an 8 HP diesel engine and provides a working efficiency of more than 8,000 kg/h.
Its one-person operating configuration provides flexibility for higher-capacity substrate preparation.
TUXH8000B Electric Substrate Turner
Designed for wood and mixed wood. The knife-disc and hammer structure supports one-pass crushing with replaceable screens.

TUXH8000C Diesel Substrate Turner
The TUXH8000C provides ≥8 tons/h processing efficiency with an 8 HP diesel power configuration.
