Principio de Funcionamiento
Preparar el sustrato para hongos
Raw materials such as sawdust, corn cob, cottonseed hull or straw are first crushed and mixed with water and nutritional additives using appropriate substrate preparation equipment.
Select the Sleeve
Choose a suitable sleeve according to the cultivation bag diameter. Available configurations include 15–16 cm, 17–18 cm, 19–20 cm, 22–24 cm and 25 cm. The machine is applicable to bags in the approximately 12–26 cm range depending on the selected configuration.

Start the Filling Process
The machine drives its filling mechanism to transfer prepared substrate into the bag. Its enlarged electromagnetic clutch provides controlled transmission for repeated filling operations.
Adjust Filling Parameters
The operator can adjust the bagging length from 0 to 48 cm and adjust the filling tightness according to the substrate and mushroom cultivation requirements.
Remove the Filled Bag
Once the required filling length and density are achieved, the filled bag is removed and prepared for subsequent processes such as sealing, sterilization and inoculation.
