Principio de Funcionamiento
Prepare the Substrate
Sawdust, corn cob, cottonseed hull, straw or other mushroom cultivation materials are first crushed, mixed and adjusted to the required moisture and formulation.
Install the Appropriate Sleeve
Select a sleeve according to the mushroom bag diameter. The BMXH800A supports sleeves including 15–16 cm, 17–18 cm, 19–20 cm, 22–24 cm and 25 cm configurations.
Position the Bag
Place the cultivation bag over the filling sleeve and prepare it for substrate feeding.
Start Filling with the Foot Pedal
The operator controls the filling operation through the foot pedal. The electromagnetic clutch transfers power to the filling mechanism, allowing the operator to control the working cycle without complicated controls.
Adjust Filling Length and Tightness
The filling length can be adjusted from 0 to 48 cm, while the filling tightness can also be adjusted according to the substrate type and cultivation method.
Remove and Seal the Filled Bag
After reaching the required filling length, the filled mushroom bag is removed and transferred to the next stage, such as sterilization or inoculation.
