The NSMXH series rehydration machine combines pneumatic control, pressurized water injection, and water recovery into one compact system.
Prepare the Water
Water is added to the stainless-steel tank. When required by the cultivation process, suitable nutrients can be mixed into the water at the specified ratio.
Position the Mushroom Blocks
Cultivated mushroom blocks requiring moisture replenishment are positioned in the machine’s injection area. The operator arranges the blocks according to the machine’s working configuration.
Pressurize the System
The integrated low-noise air compressor supplies compressed air to the pneumatic system, while the 1.1 kW all-copper water pump pressurizes the water for injection.
Dual-Head Water Injection
The machine uses a dual-head 8-bar circulating injection configuration to inject water into the mushroom blocks. Water quantity and injection timing can be adjusted according to the cultivation requirements.
Water Recovery
Excess water is collected by the machine’s splash and recovery structure rather than being freely discharged into the growing area. The system can achieve more than 90% water recovery, allowing recovered water to be reused according to the farm’s water-management procedures.
Return to Cultivation
After rehydration, the mushroom blocks can be returned to the appropriate cultivation or fruiting area for the next stage of production.
