Material Feeding and Positioning
The operator moves the machine along the substrate pile or windrow. The front mixing section enters the substrate and begins collecting material.
Mechanical Turning and Mixing
The rotating blades or mixing components lift the lower substrate layer and turn it over to the upper layer, while simultaneously breaking up compacted materials and improving mixing uniformity.
Oxygen Enrichment and Moisture Distribution
3.During the turning process, air is introduced into the substrate structure, improving oxygen supply and helping maintain suitable fermentation conditions. Moisture and nutrients are also distributed more evenly throughout the substrate.
Continuous Output and Movement
The machine moves forward automatically, continuously processing the substrate pile and producing a more consistent cultivation medium.
